Returns

We do not accept returns on software.  All software orders are final and refunds will not be issued. Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, software cannot be returned for anything other than replacement of the identical item purchased. Please contact technical support if you believe your software is defective or if you have any questions. Click here for technical support contact information.

CD-ROMs: If the CD-ROM is defective, we will replace the CD-ROM only. We will not issue you a new registration number for program replacements. There are no exceptions to this. We are not responsible for lost registration numbers. If you have registered with us, we have your registration number on file and you can claim it by contacting us. Replacement Procedure

Should a replacement be necessary due to defect, we request that you contact us indicating the specific problem. We must be notified within 30 days of receipt of any CD-ROM that is received defective. Click here for technical support contact information.
